With guided instruction and all supplies provided, you’ll leave not only with a beautifully home fragrance product, but also with knowledge of how to craft a fragrance from scratch. Whether you’re looking for a fun outing, a creative date, or a unique group activity, the Wick & Pour Experience offers the perfect mix of creativity, relaxation, and Southern charm. ✨ Come craft a custom fragrance for your home, auto, or business. Then choose one of the following to enhance and fragrance your space. Choose your Home Scent Product: 🕯️Scented Candles: These rely on heat from a flame to melt wax, which then releases infused fragrance oils into the air. 🥢 Incense sticks are slender rods made of aromatic biotic materials that release fragrant smoke when burned 🪔 Reed Diffusers: A flame-free option consisting of porous wood or rattan sticks that draw up liquid fragrance from a vessel and release it continuously.Incense: A combustible material (typically compressed plant powders, barks, or resins on a stick or cone) that releases a rich, immediate aroma through smoke when lit and blown out to smolder. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy At The Fragrance Lab Nashville, each fragrance experience is carefully prepared in advance. Because every reservation reserves a seat in our boutique and requires staffing, materials, and preparation, we appreciate your understanding of the following policy. Orders and reservations may be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (Call/Text 615.796.6777) After the 24-hour grace period, all sales are final and non-refundable. Reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund. After the 24-hour cancellation window, The Fragrance Lab Nashville may issue a gift certificate, at management's discretion, for the value of your purchase. Gift certificates may be used toward a future fragrance experience or retail purchase. Custom Orders All custom-blended fragrances and personalized products are made specifically for you. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded. Refund Policy Refunds are issued only if the error is on our part, including: Incorrect product received. Product damaged or defective due to our workmanship. Cancellation of your appointment or event by The Fragrance Lab Nashville. Rescheduling & No-Shows We understand that plans can change. Guests may reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment are subject to a $15 rescheduling fee per person. No-shows forfeit their reservation and are subject to a $15 per person rebooking fee to schedule a future experience.
