Cancellation & Refund Policy At The Fragrance Lab Nashville, each fragrance experience is carefully prepared in advance. Because every reservation reserves a seat in our boutique and requires staffing, materials, and preparation, we appreciate your understanding of the following policy. Orders and reservations may be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (Call/Text 615.796.6777) After the 24-hour grace period, all sales are final and non-refundable. Reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund. After the 24-hour cancellation window, The Fragrance Lab Nashville may issue a gift certificate, at management's discretion, for the value of your purchase. Gift certificates may be used toward a future fragrance experience or retail purchase. Custom Orders All custom-blended fragrances and personalized products are made specifically for you. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded. Refund Policy Refunds are issued only if the error is on our part, including: Incorrect product received. Guests may reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment are subject to a $15 rescheduling fee per person. No-shows forfeit their reservation and are subject to a $15 per person rebooking fee to schedule a future experience.
