Step into the world of scent artistry as you explore 70+ hand-selected premium oils, learn the fundamentals of perfumery, and discover how top, middle, and base notes come together to form a fragrance that tells a story. With guided formulas and expert instruction, you’ll blend, adjust, and refine until your creation feels authentically you. 🧪 Each guest can choose between 2 package options: Option 1: craft a 10 ml test bottle of a niche-quality custom fragrance, and a full-size 3.4 oz Spray. Option 2: craft a 10 ml test bottle of a niche-quality custom fragrance and a Take-Home-Atelier Kit. Gain the confidence and knowledge to continue creating blends independently long after the workshop ends. Niche fragrances are made for the few, not the many — rare, artistic, intentional. Your final creation will be bold, elegant, and unapologetically unique… just like you. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy At The Fragrance Lab Nashville, each fragrance experience is carefully prepared in advance. Because every reservation reserves a seat in our boutique and requires staffing, materials, and preparation, we appreciate your understanding of the following policy. Orders and reservations may be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (Call/Text 615.796.6777) After the 24-hour grace period, all sales are final and non-refundable. Reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund. After the 24-hour cancellation window, The Fragrance Lab Nashville may issue a gift certificate, at management's discretion, for the value of your purchase. Gift certificates may be used toward a future fragrance experience or retail purchase. Custom Orders All custom-blended fragrances and personalized products are made specifically for you. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded. Refund Policy Refunds are issued only if the error is on our part, including: Incorrect product received. Product damaged or defective due to our workmanship. Cancellation of your appointment or event by The Fragrance Lab Nashville. Rescheduling & No-Shows We understand that plans can change. Guests may reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment are subject to a $15 rescheduling fee per person. No-shows forfeit their reservation and are subject to a $15 per person rebooking fee to schedule a future experience.
